Yes. Plans renew once a year and you can change the parts or pause them any time before the next visit.
We book them in the best season for each part, and text you a week before with a date that you can move.
Yes. The prices shown are for a 2 storey home. Smaller homes cost less and larger homes a little more, and the planner shows both.
No. The price you confirm is the price you pay, with no fees added on the day.
Card or bank transfer after the job, once you have walked round and you are happy.
