How we look after your details
Plain words, no surprises. Last updated November 2026.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we keep your name, contact details, address and the details of the job, so we can price it and book the visit.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, book and carry out the work, and send an invoice. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for as long as tax rules require.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@porchlight.co and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to run it and to measure visits without identifying you.
